AMAWOLE ITAKA

Music is one of the central elements of life in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. For decades, the Democratic Republic of the Congo has spread its music to the rest of the African continent, a music whose echo is not limited to this continent. In the 50s and 60s it was the soukous and nowadays an adapted rhythm, the ndombolo.

There are many Congolese stars that mark the rhythms internationally. BLA proposes in this activity to become music stars and internationalize a typical song of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, AMAWOLÉ.

This is a song that boys and girls sing in their scout groups or while training different sports.
